1. "Blue Harvest" – A Star Wars: A New Hope parody with Peter as Han Solo and Stewie as Darth Vader.
2. "Movin’ Out (Brian’s Song)" – Brian moves in with his girlfriend, Jillian, but struggles with commitment.
3. "Believe It or Not, Joe’s Walking on Air" – Joe gets leg surgery and becomes arrogant after gaining the ability to walk.
4. "Stewie Kills Lois" – Stewie seemingly kills Lois while on a cruise, leading to a murder investigation.
5. "Lois Kills Stewie" – Lois returns and hunts Stewie down after he takes over the world. 
6. "Padre de Familia" – Peter discovers he’s an illegal immigrant and protests immigration laws.
7. "Peter’s Daughter" – Meg falls into a coma, and Peter becomes overprotective when she wakes up and starts dating.
8. "McStroke" – Peter has a stroke after eating too many burgers, then grows a mustache and exposes a fast-food conspiracy.
9. "Back to the Woods" – James Woods steals Peter’s identity, and Brian and Stewie seek revenge.
10. "Play It Again, Brian" – Brian confesses his love for Lois during a vacation trip.
11. "The Former Life of Brian" – Brian learns he has a teenage son, Dylan, and struggles with fatherhood.

Despite having fewer episodes due to the 2007-08 writers' strike, Season 6 included some iconic moments like Blue Harvest and Stewie Kills Lois
